Per your rental agreement,  maintenance requests are to be submitted through your Tenant Portal. Please login to your tenant portal and follow the prompts. If for some reason you are unable to do so, please contact us at (541) 680-9571.  If you have an emergency need, please ALsO (in addition) call the office:  (541) 680-9571.
