We do NOT accept cash. If you need to pay in cash, please use PayNearMe or secure a cashier’s check. Please plan ahead. Cashier’s checks are available at most banks for a small charge.
Effective September 1st, 2017, we do not accept money orders or postal orders.

If a personal or business check bounces (NSF), we will no longer accept a personal or business check from you.
Payment Options
Pay through the tenant portal! This is the most secure, fastest, and best way to pay! You will need to login to www.LivngstoneProperties.com. This may be done 24 hours per day/7 days per week. You may do this using your phone or a computer! This is free!
Use PayNearMe. There is one location in Roseburg at Ace Cash Express at 714 NE Stephens, Roseburg. There is one in Winston at the 7-11 at 50 SW Main, in Winston, OR. Ace Cash Express is open during regular business hours. However, 7-11 is open 24/7. You must have a payment code which can be requested (takes about two weeks). There is a fee.
Ask your bank to set up an ACH payment to Livingstone Properties on the first of each month. Some banks do this for free. We will provide or routing and bank number for you to use.
Pay through your online banking bill pay services. There is usually no fee for this. It does however, take 7-10 days and there is no guarantee it will arrive on-time.
Hand Deliver the rent in a sealed envelope to Going Postal at 4601 Carnes Rd, #8100, Roseburg, OR 97471. They are open M-F 9am-6pm and Saturday 9am-2pm. If you mail it there is no guarantee it will be received by the due date and, if not, a late fee will be charged.
As a last resort, you may contact our office during off hours and hand-deliver your rent. The office address is 121 Dodson View Rd, Roseburg, OR 97471. DO NOT MAIL RENT HERE. For this option, you must call to make an appointment and we cannot guarantee we will be in the office to accept rent.
